The beautifully landscaped grounds of Pennsylvania Hospital are in full bloom. The wisteria is especially lovely. Although the gates on Spruce Street are usually closed, you can come in the entrance on 8th Street (you’ll see a sign for the secondhand shop); enter and make a left into the garden.
