Free FM (94.1 WYSP) morning show host and former Van Halen front man, David Lee Roth, has reportedly been fired from his morning show gig, no big surprise as he was awful at it. Taking his spot will be former WYSP afternoon shock jocks Opie & Anthony. You heard me right O&A will reportedly return to the free Philadelphia airwaves. Opie & Anthony were fired for a stunt involving a catholic church and some “Sex for Sam” about 4 years ago and fled to XM Satellite radio. The move shifts the dynamic of the radio business as satellite radio has normally raided the terrestrial radio talent. The move will reportedly be official sometime next week.
