Photo of the Day: Beautiful Philadelphia at Night

I noticed this photo in the Metroblogging Philadelphia Flickr group this afternoon. I love the yellow lights against the blue/purple hues of the water and sky in the evening, and so I was surprised to read the one comment on this photo’s Flickr page, saying “I never realized Philly was pretty!”

Well of course Philly is pretty! In fact, this is one of the things I love most about this city. I love its European-esque charm by day and its big city lights by night. Thanks kantellopo for sharing this fantastic night shot!
