1. Take one night of drinking.

2. Buy one cheesesteak. (Ishkabibbles)

3. Buy one large slice of pizza. (Lorenzo & Sons)

4. Wrap steak up in the slice.

5. Enjoy!

    When I first moved to Philly 8 years ago, I heard of this as the Jims/Lorenzo Challenge. A Philly native described it to me, & so I assume it is a delicacy going back at least 15 years.

    It probably put us on top in the 1st place.
