Food Network Visits Philadelphia

Last night on Food network, the Dinner: Impossible episode that was taped at the Psi Upsilon fraternity house aired. The unwitting brothers of the fraternity are rousted out of bed mid-day by a reality-show chef to clean and make the house presentable, and help cook a 5 course meal. This is the second time that this particular show has visited Philadelphia- Chef Robert Irvine did an episode that aired a few weeks back in the parking lot of Lincoln Financial Field where the Eagles play. Has Philadelphia become the next reality food show location?

The episode aired last night, but will be shown again tonight the 19th @ 1:30AM, and also the 22nd @ 4:30PM and 11:30PM.

While I’m on the topic of the Food Network here in Philly- Citizens Bank Park was honored with the Viewer’s Choice Award for Best Ballpark Eats at the first Food Network Awards. The home of the Phillies beat out the other finalists- Camden Yards in Baltimore, AT&T Park in San Francisco and Safeco Field in Seattle.
