Sixers to Drop Ticket Prices

The Philadelphia 76ers will be dropping their average ticket price from $70.26 to $69.39, that’s a whole whopping 86 cents. The Sixers had one of the worst attendance rates in the league and the their worst overall attendance since they moved from the Spectrum last year, couple that with a terrible season and I am dumbfounded that the organization wouldn’t cut prices more. Wouldn’t you think cheaper tickets would get more people out to see the games, more people at the games means more revenue, more revenue means more money to spend on the team to get better. My only conclusion is that the Sixers organization is happy with how their team performed and fans of the team can expect more of the same next year.
