Driving down S. Broad Street tonight, I stopped at the red light at Ellsworth. Looking to my left, I noticed that the Broad Street Diner was dark. I stared for a moment, trying to figure out why that seemed unusual and then realized that I had never seen the Broad Street Diner closed and dark before. They were always open 24 hours.

Does anyone know if they are closed for good and if so, how long they’ve been closed? They’ve never had the greatest food, but they were always for a late night/early morning meal. I’d be sad if they were gone for good.
