2400 Chestnut

I’ve never been in this building, but would love to see the views from one of the top floors. For example, this is the view of 30th Street Station!

2400 Chestnut
I took this picture last Thursday, one of the coldest days this winter. I didn’t stay out long because my fingers kept going numb, but I guess it was worth it for the bright and clear blue sky.

An abstract of sorts. This is 2400 Chestnut reflected in a car windshield. Who needs fancy effect filters…

(Playing with the Rentometer that Andrea just linked to in a previous post, I see that the rents at 2400 Chestnut are pretty much in line with the rest of the area. I prefer smaller buildings myself, but to get their views without paying much more than I do now is also pretty appealing.)

Is that the original blue sky in that photo? It is just so blue and beautiful!

Yes, it is the original blue of the sky. It seems like really cold air on very sunny days makes for bright blue skies. I am not sure why…

Wow, you’re right–the sky is so blue it looks like a fake backdrop! Very cool.
