Photos of the Day: Views of the Philadelphia Museum of Art

I love these dramatic views of the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

By the way, I highly recommend the current special exhibition of Arnold Newman’s work. I wasn’t familiar with him before, but really really liked what I saw. It’s running through March 4, 2007. The work showing is his portaits of famous people; one of my favorites was this photo of Igor Stravinsky (obviously of much better quality when seen in person). I just love how Stravinsky is so tiny in the corner and the top of the piano is so powerful.
