For the last couple of days I have seen so many children out and about after dark. The world of curfews must not exist in Philly anymore. Parents I urge you, please send you children home after dark. This is the reason why there are so many gun issues and freak accidents- because they are running the streets unattended late at night. Maybe we need to enforce a citywide curfew. I see more children who look like they are under the age of fifteen out and about more than I see the teenagers.

P.S.-Also, stay off my steps with your potato chip bags and hug containers, I’m tired of cleaning up after other people’s children.
