Following up on Marisa’s sushi making podcast (mentioned here yesterday), I thought I would tempt you with more mouth watering sushi (ok, potential sushi).

This salmon is from one of of the fish vendors in Reading Terminal Market, but I can’t remember which one. I don’t think Marisa said in the podcast where exactly they bought the fish (other than that it was at RTM). Does anyone have any recommendations for where to get the best fish to make sushi?

I always buy fish for sushi at the John Yi Fish Market, on the center aisle of Reading Terminal. Someone once told me that their stuff was the freshest, and whether it’s true or not, the idea stuck with me.

That’s a gorgeous picture of salmon, by the way.
