A man was shot to death this morning in North Philadelphia. The murder count is offically up to 365. As a Philadelphian, my question is, where do we go from here? There needs to be some kind of plan in place to cut down the murder rate. There is a good chance that we may make it up to 400 before the year is out and that- is truly sad.
