When in Philadelphia, Please Speak English

When Geno’s makes a point of saying it’ll only serve English-speaking patrons, that’s one thing. But now the city of Philadelphia has been sued — by the federal government — for not providing enough voting materials for Spanish-speaking voters. Pretty embarassing. Lynn Swann might be able to use this against Rendell to win over some Hispanic swing voters.
