Photo of the Day: Arrested
I saw this photo back in August when Jeremy first posted it to Flickr, but upon revisiting it I see that it has since generated a lot more commentary and debate. Why? Because to take this picture of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge, he had to climb up on the catwalk and in the process, he was arrested (and later fined $50).

What do you think? Was he making an provacative and brave artistic statement? Was he foolhardy and greedy, as some in the comments have called him?
Either way, everyone agrees that it’s a gorgeous photo of this landmark bridge.
