Trouble at Fairmount’s

Last night I had a craving for pizza. After countless hours in class there was definitely a need for a treat. So my fiancé and I scurried down to Fairmount’s Bar and Grill. I have been a faithful Fairmount’s customer for over six years now. I remember when the service was great and the prices were cheap. Last night, I encountered bad service at Fairmount’s for the third time. I love the food and trust me; I come all the way from Germantown to eat there. I haven’t lived in the area surrounding Fairmount’s for three years now. So when I make that nice journey across town I expect friendly staff and good food.

Apparently the new girls who work the counter have severe attitude problems. I am very big on customer service, so I felt the need to help them solve their little problem last night. Not only were they rude to me but countless others. They tried to give me pizza slices that were lying off the plate and half way on the counter. I politely told them that their customer service sucked and that I wasn’t going to tolerate it anymore. I drive twenty minutes to get there and then I have to deal with them sucking their teeth and rolling their eyes because I am trying to decide what I want. I worked in customer service so I can smell bad attitudes from ten feet away. I think they got the drift because the manager came over to hear my complaint. So now I can finally enjoy my favorite pizza place and hopefully the service too.

    Hey Anya,

Where is Fairmount Bar and Grill located? If it’s good as you say I have to check it out..hopefully after they get some different waitstaff.

Far better these days is Angelinos at 25th & Parrish. Best Pizza I’ve found in the city so far, I must say.

Or at least that is what you may get after getting those girls in trouble with the manager.
