The Happiest Hour Is After 7
A big round of applause for the restaurants and bars in Philadelphia that recognize that 5-7 isn’t much of a happy hour for some people. If you work in the ‘burbs there’s no way that you will be able to make it to places by 7, and why shouldn’t we commuters get the fab specials as well? I’ve noticed an increase in the amount of places extending happy hours until 8, or having an early then a later deal. So, while I’ll likely miss the 7 o’clock cut off tonight for Mixto I’ll stay until 9 to get my $4 margarita! That’s still not really the best deal but oh well. Hurray for progress!
