What’s Up Philly!

My name is Anya and I am very excited to be here. Philly is overwhelmed with culture far beyond the walls of city hall. So come with me as we explore Philly and I mean the real Philly, beyond the glitz and glamour of Center City. Were talking the Hood; finding real culture without boundaries. I am neighborhood girl; born and raised in West Philly. I get around traveling within the city and enjoying the places most people would not know about if they didn’t have their “ear to the ground”. So sit back and relax as we explore together, Philly from a different view; you just might learn something.

The Pour House Tavern located at 4213 Ride Avenue (Ridge and Midvale) is one of the best bars in town. Wednesday is all you can eat crab night. And I do mean all you can eat for $19.95 that is. Ladies you won’t feel bad indulging in this seafood delight because the crabs are cooked in tomatoes and basil. There is no butter in sight! The Pour House is fully equipped with plasma TVs and the crowd is young and hip. Offering daily drink specials and a friendly staff I have made this one of my most visited hot spots. East Falls is definitely on the rise and the Pour House confirms this notion. So I hope to see you there!! I will be the one with a big bowl of crabs and an apple martini… Yum!
