Seriously: why even bother to name yourself the Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust if you’re going to build a regional business model that crosses state lines.

How about the Tri-state Real Estate Investment Trust?

Hmmm, “TREIT”—kinda has a ring to it.

* A quick glance through the top section of the properties list shows two more NJ sites and one in MD. Then I got bored of looking, so if there’s more states, I didn’t see ‘em.
