Parade?

Was there a parade today on Washington Ave?
Because I heard bagpiping earlier and now I hear more drums from my window at 2nd and Christian.

Anyone know anything?

    it was the st. patrick’s day parade. from washington ave down broad st(i think) today. crap weather for that.
