Donald Trump is moving to Philadelphia even if he doesn’t get his casino here. Trump is planning a $190 million, 45 story condo complex on the Waterfront. Trump has said the building is going to be a “first-class” condo complex. The building is going to have landscaped gardens, a high-end spa, a five-star restaurant, a wine cellar, health and fitness club, recreation room and an a outdoor deck. It seems like Philadelphia is starting to attract the first class development that a city of our stature should attract.

Leave it to Trump to think that obscuring the skyline along the Delaware and building another, ugly highrise will improve the area. That’s bullshit. It’s only destroying the character of the neighborhood and killing the view, which is great.
The city is the 5th largest city in the US and its time it started acting like it..why do people complain when buildings go up what view would it be blocking? the view of camden? Look at New York most of their high rises in downtown are right on the waterfront and i dont think it was such a big deal
