Tejada for Abreu? It Could Happen

In what would most certainly be new Phillies GM Pat Gillick biggest move to date, the Phillies are in talks to bring all-star shortstop Miguel Tejada to the team for veteran outfielder Bobby Abreu. If the trade were to take place it could unfold two ways, one could be that the Phillies would then turn around and trade Tejada for an ace pitcher, someone like Chicago

    I love the tradde it would add great power to the batting order but would pound up the cash on the phillies payroll
