CT Hockey Playoffs: Wolfgang, Hemi Split Force Decisive Game Three

The Wolfgang Pucks seem to have a tough time closing out series in the second game. The defending champions once again lost with just seconds left in a game two that would have clinched the series, and this time the championship. Attempting to become the only back-to-back champions in CTHA history the Wolfgang Pucks came out fast and furious and built up an impressive 5-1 lead in the first period. The Pucks would not look back the remainder of the game; scoring five more and surrendering only two more on their way to a 10-3 win.

Game two was different though; Hemi came out more physical and were more successful at preventing the open shot. The Wolfgang players were forced to shoot quickly or surrender the ball the other way. Hemi outplayed the Wolfgang for most of the game but was unable to pull away allowing Tony Neisser to score late in the third and tie the game.
