Devils Come to Town

The Flyers will take on the New Jersey Devils tonight at the Wachovia Center at 7:00PM. Both teams had come from behind victories last night with the Devils defeating the Boston Bruins 3-2 and the Flyers defeating the New York Islanders 4-3.

Devils goaltender Martin Brodeur has played well his last three games, winning all three and allowing only five goals. During those last three games he has a .932 save percentage and has looked like the Martin Brodeur of old. Devils forward Brian Gionta brings a fix game goal scoring streak into the game and will most likely be shooting on Flyers goaltender Robert Esche. The Flyers will once again be without star center Peter Forsberg.

For those heading down to the game tonight it is Mylec stick night. The first 5000 fans under the age of 14 will receive a free Mylec hockey stick. You can catch the game on Comcast Sports Net or on 94.1 Free FM WYSP.
