Yet another reason to live in Philly

I just read that Philly is considered the 15th most expensive city to rent listing at a modest $15.40 per square foot a month. Now I think being 15th on the list isn’t that bad compared the cities that are listed above us. A stunner is that New York is number one at $26.04 with Boston coming in at number 2 at $24.33. Ok it’s not a stunner, and I wasn’t at all shocked. Other cities above us are Honolulu at number 3, San Fransico at 4, N. New Jersey, San Diego, and DC. We are listed at slighly above Chicago and Miami.

If you consider that we are East coast, close to all these east coast cites that are 5-10 bucks more per square foot, and our city rocks, I think we are getting a great deal. So cheers to Philly!
