I posted yesterday, hoping that it wasn’t her.
It was.

According to Dan Robrish of the AP, Latoyia Figueroa is confirmed dead.

“Stephen Poaches, 25, of West Philadelphia, the father of her unborn baby, was to be charged with two counts of murder and related offenses for the deaths of the 24-year-old woman and her fetus, District Attorney Lynne M. Abraham said Saturday. Abraham said the charges were still being prepared and she did not know exactly what the other charges would be.”

What was he doing with her all this time? If he went to dump the body LAST NIGHT in Chester, what was he doing? Chortling at the efforts to find her? Storing her in the fridge? Having his own little pre-death party?

There are so many questions left open right now; I sure hope the trial answers them, right before Stephen gets his due.
