It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia

OOOOH. I’m pissed. Just this second, I’m really pissed off. Like, what the hell pissed off. I don’t have cable in Philly so I watch cable when I go to Chicago. It’s a great thing. Anyway, FX is just going to town advertising a new, Philadelphia-based show called It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. One of the big selling points seems to be the sneakers hanging from the power lines. Oh. Yay.

Go. Check out what FX has to say about it.

Because, who wouldn’t love following the adventures of people like Dennis, a loveable psych minor at Penn? Or Mac, who seems to always end up dating transsexuals and people of color? Or Sweet Dee, the ball-buster of a bartender at Paddy’s Pub? Or Charlie, who brags about faking cancer to get chicks?

Wow. FX, we do a good enough job of making our city look bad. Could you lay off it and go back to making parodies of California towns?
